Drawing + Clay Class (Wed, 4pm - 5:30pm)
Term 2 : Drawing & Clay
These tickets are now fully booked out. First preference is given to students from Term 1 first, with any remaining tickets released to WhatsApp waitlist students.
This 6 week block of Drawing classes started on October 23rd and runs till December 4th 2024. There will be no class held during midterm break. (Students are welcome to book into the Halloween Camp that runs that day instead)
Class is held on Wednesdays from 4pm to 5.30pm in The Presentation Art Centre, Enniscorthy.
In these classes we will work with Pencils with the addition of Clay.
These classes are created from the students own suggestions of what they would like to learn about. This term students have selected : Clay
Students will need:
an old dinner plate or similar surface (to be used for storing their clay artwork on each week)
A plastic A3 Art handled folder (Mr. Price) to store the following :
an A4 *sketchbook for class projects. Paper thickness should be 110gsm or more. (Mr Price has an excellent brown sketchbook with a geometric animal on the front.)
Shading Pencils : B, 2B, 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B (Mr Price budget friendly)
Eraser & Sharpener
Optional : Fine-liner Black Ink Pens (Mr price has a pack of 5 available which includes various nibs that are great to draw with.)
* It is advised students should wear old clothes or bring an apron.
Children are allowed to bring a light snack/drink should they wish.
As places are limited please book early to avoid disappointment.
